Francis N. Soave
Over 15 years of
experience advising business clients. Involved in the legal, financial and real
estate aspects of client business through site acquisitions, zoning, planning
and permitting, tax incentives, development, leases, purchases, lending and
financing, mergers and acquisitions, franchising, limited partnerships,
construction, environmental and general business counsel and
litigation.
As real estate attorney
and licensed broker Francis assists clients in maximizing opportunities through
vision, creativity and steadfast advocacy while limiting exposure to external
risks.
Francis is a principal of
Soave & Associates, Plc.
He also maintains a real estate consultancy with Transcorp Advisors
International, dealing in corporate real estate services, location selection and
tax credit and incentive consulting.
Prior to forming his present firms, Francis was the founding shareholder
of Nalli & Soave, P.C. He was
previously the corporate real estate director with City Management Corporation,
one of the nation's largest environmental firms, with responsibility for several
assemblage and site acquisition projects and management of a real estate
portfolio valued in excess of one-hundred million dollars.
His prior legal
experience includes positions as an associate with O'Reilly, Rancilio, Nitz,
Andrews & Turnbull, P.C., Sterling Heights, Michigan, where he served as an
assistant city attorney for the Cities of Sterling Heights and Fraser. He also worked at Thacher, Profitt &
Wood, New York, New York, in their corporate and real estate
departments.
Francis is a graduate of
Boston University
School of Law, and Wayne
State University. He is admitted to practice law in the states of New
York, Massachusetts and Michigan.
He has served as a Planning Commissioner for the City of St. Clair since
1996.
